Inspection-Readiness Review

90 minutes of senior time on the one system, programme or AI use case that worries you most. We pressure-test your position together and settle on three moves. You get them in writing within 48 hours.

25+ years in digital quality  ·  300+ inspections supported  ·  Zero critical findings on programmes shaped  ·  Contributor, EU Annex 22 (AI) industry review

What it is

A single, focused working session with me directly. Senior time only, no juniors, no slide deck. You bring the situation: a validation position you are unsure of, an AI use case an inspector might probe, a CSA rationale that has never been tested from the other side of the table. I bring the questions an inspector actually asks, and 25 years of watching which answers hold and which unravel.

It is a working review with a written outcome. By the end you know exactly where your position is weakest and what the first three moves are.

Who it is for

  • Quality, IT and validation leaders with an inspection or a hard decision on the horizon.
  • Teams whose assessment result surfaced a gap they want a senior second opinion on.
  • Leaders who need an outside view before defending a CSA or AI governance position internally.
  • Anyone who wants the weak points found in a private session rather than in the inspection.

How it runs

Before. You send one thing: your assessment result from this site, or a one-page note on the situation. Name the system or programme, the decision or inspection that is close, and what worries you most. I read it before we meet, so the 90 minutes start at depth.

During. We pressure-test the weak points together. I ask what an inspector would ask, you answer as you would on the day, and we work each gap until the answer holds or the fix is clear. We close by agreeing three moves: specific, sequenced and sized to your team.

After. Within 48 hours you receive a one-page written summary of those three moves, in plain language you can hand to your team or your leadership as it stands.

Questions leaders ask

What exactly do I get for the fee?

90 minutes of senior working time with Sachin Bhandari directly, preparation done before the call, and a one-page written summary of the three agreed moves within 48 hours of the session. There are no juniors on the call and no recycled material.

What is the refund policy?

You get a full refund up to 48 hours before the session, no questions asked. Reply to your confirmation email and it is processed. Inside 48 hours the slot is held for you, and you can reschedule once at no cost.

How is this different from the free 30-minute conversation?

The free conversation on the talk page explores whether we should work together. The review is a paid working session on your specific material: I prepare on your situation beforehand, we pressure-test it live for 90 minutes, and you leave with three moves in writing. It stands on its own even if we never work together again.

How soon can the session happen?

You book directly into the calendar the moment payment completes, and most weeks have slots within a few working days. If an inspection is imminent, say so in your preparation note and the summary prioritises what can move before the inspectors arrive.
