Every message here comes straight to me, and I read and reply to every one personally. Ask about the book, the frameworks, or a problem you're working through.
Why write to me
Buying the book isn't the end of the conversation. It's the start of one. I wrote it to be used in real GxP environments, and the questions practitioners send back are how it stays sharp and how the next edition gets better.
So send me the hard ones. A point you'd push back on, a corner case the framework doesn't cover yet, a correction if you spot something off, or a problem on your own estate you're trying to think through. I read every message myself, and I reply to every one.
If a question works better as a conversation, I'll say so and we can book a call. If it's the kind of question other practitioners are asking too, it may become a Cookbook entry, with your permission.
